So we LOVED the food...
While there is a lot that can be said, I will keep it brief: Home-made pizza and pasta... bread that THIERRY complimented, oysters, king crab legs and lobster every night in the Emporium, 24/7 room service, the morning fresh fruit smoothies, the cheese selection, EVERYTHING at Sakura, the desert at Anthology - the Michelin Star Chef led dining experience, perfectly cooked tuna... I could go on and on.
Suffice it to say, we were pleased. The food on Explora is probably among the best I have had on a cruise in a very long time. Was there an occasional dish that was only so-so? Sure.
But on the whole.. we loved it. We think you will, too.
We can't wait to go back in October!
